Once you have selected which package most suits you, we begin the interviewing process. Those interviews are transcribed and written into your memoir. Once you are happy with the content, your book will be printed for you to keep.

This all depends on the package you choose. We aim to complete 1-2 interviews per week, depending on your availability. Then, we take one week to type up your story. After you have signed off your manuscript, it takes between 1-2 weeks for your copies to arrive.

Of course! Just mention that the package is for a family member, and we will send you a card to give to them. We can discuss how best to contact your family member before their interviews commence.

Yes. We prefer it that way! We ask for 1/3 before interviews commence, 1/3 when the first draft is ready, and a final payment at sign off.

Your book is your copyright. Once we deliver your books to you, we can either delete or send the interview recordings for you to keep. One copy of the manuscript will be kept on file in case any copies want to be ordered in the future.
What you tell us in your interviews is strictly confidential unless there are legal implications.

Once you have signed off your manuscript, it is yours. If you feel like you would like to try to self publish your book, or send it to traditional publishers, we can point you in the right direction.
